Snip, snip, cut, cut goodbye.The music was thrumming. Lights flickered in multiple colors like scattered pieces of a rainbow. The chatter of the room was a numbing hum vibration. The smell of sweat and alcohol tinted the air. Everywhere bodies were smashed against walls or into each other. Most were moving with a rhythmic hymn as the club night scene erupted.

The far corner of the room was shrouded in shadow and within it was wedged in a chair. Lounging back casually in this chair was a tall, limber man. His dark jeans hinted to long legs and his black dress shirt hung loose, the top buttons having come undone a few hours ago after entering the place. The s Snip, snip, cut, cut goodbye.

What is Meant to BeThe leaves drop around me one by one.
Are these the irreplaceable minutes of time wasted?
Is it meant to be regretful?

They swirl away, lost in time forever.
How long will it take for their memory to dissolve?

maybe i'm always wrong.try.
try to believe that our skin will touch and that our words will retreat into our mouths simply since there will be nothing left to say because maybe we'll just know what the other is thinking. and i'll try to pretend that i'm not sleeping with what-if's and what-the-hell-am-i-doing's tucked under my pillow and stained on my tongue. i'll let go of my every other second doubts if you could let your fingers find mine. you could make the nights a little warmer if the distance between our heartbeats was a lot closer.

College Thus Far

So college is pretty much amazing. Yes, it really is ten times better than high school and no you don't take nothing but uninteresting classes. Turns out all the ones I'm taking are not only useful but highly entertaining. Luck of the draw perhaps.

By the way. My roommate rocks.

Thought I would throw that in there. And then it just so happens she brought the entire Wolf's Rain series...so I've been watching those. I think I have a new favorite quote. "Well if anything does come looking for us we could always eat it." Hahaha.

Ah and I'm taking (my first ever) real art class. I have to say I hate observational drawing...but I gotta start with the basics...I'm sure that it will help. Keep your fingers crossed for me on that lol.

Oh and did I mention I'm taking Chinese? Extremely fascinating. But whyyyyy do all four tones sound so eerily similar?! WHY! Oi.
